Delivery
Although PRIVATE endeavours to deliver your orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 14 days for delivery of goods. We use Standard-Royal Mail/local postal service that is quoted as delivering in the UK between 5-10 working days. We really appreciate your business and have introduced free postage for orders over £100.00.
Collections not available
If the goods you decide to order are not in stock, we will inform you quickly with the option to offer you a second choice of colour or style or cancel the order should you prefer to do so. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. We will also let you know when we have credited your account with the refunded amount.
Prices
Please note that all our prices on our pages are in Sterling (GBP). Each item chosen will be added automatically by the shopping basket as it is selected. Customers residing outside the United Kingdom may need to contact us for an estimate cost in your local currency. (Also see "Delivery Costs").

That is why we firmly believe it is important to provide customer service to support you in making the right choice without pressurising you to buy. Policies/Statements Return Policy
We offer our customers full refunds should you decide the garments are unsuitable for whatever reason. We offer a full refund within 30 days, providing you return the garment to us within 10 (ten) days of receiving the goods, together with a receipt for proof of purchase. This is however, dependent on you having taken reasonable care of the goods, and that the goods are returned to us in their original packaging with all labels being intact. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for goods that have been worn or damaged in any way. Additionally, refunds do not include the fees for the delivery of returns, as this is the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Costs
Please note that the delivery costs within the United Kingdom are calculated based on the weight of your order. This fee is based on 1(one) single transaction.
This calculated fee is automatically added to your total purchase price. For customers residing outside the United Kingdom, delivery costs will be dependent upon the goods total weight and delivery destination. (We recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order to obtain a quotation for delivery).
